Shipping 

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days.  

Domestic

Australian orders will be sent via Aus Post or Aus Post Express depending on your choice. 

International Post

International orders will be sent via DHL Express.

Please be aware that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on change of mind. If there is an significant issue with the quality of your order we will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund. 

We have a 14-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. When requesting an exchange the item must be in stock.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we encourage them to use tracking on their order if making a return.
